Rujak BEBEG

ingredients:
450 g (stone) banana, cut into pieces
500 g kedondong, peeled, cut into pieces
750 g young mango, peeled, diced 2 x 2 cm
500g sweet potato, diced 2 x 2 m
750g yam, peeled, diced 2 x 2 cm

seasoning:

7 curly red chilies
2 tsp shrimp paste
350 g sugar, fine comb
2 tsp tamarind
1 tsp salt

How to make:

By using a pestle, mashed ½ portion seasoning ingredients until smooth. Enter part banana slices ½ stone, roughly mash.
Insert each other ½ portion remaining ingredients. Roughly mash up a bit shattered, stir well. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve.

To 12 servings

Bahan:

    450 g pisang batu, potong-potong
    500 g  kedondong, kupas, potong-potong
    750 g mangga muda, kupas, potong dadu 2 x2 cm
    500 g ubi jalar, potong dadu 2 x 2 m
    750 g bengkuang, kupas, potong dadu 2 x 2 cm

Bumbu:

    7 buah cabai merah keriting
    2 sdt terasi
    350 g gula jawa, sisir halus
    2 sdt asam jawa
    1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:

    Dengan menggunakan alu, tumbuk ½ bagian bahan bumbu hingga halus.  Masukkan ½ bagian potongan pisang batu, tumbuk kasar.  
    Masukkan masing-masing ½ bagian sisa bahan lainnya.  Tumbuk kasar hingga agak hancur, aduk rata.  Lakukan hal yang sama  dengan sisa bahan.
    Sajikan.

  1. Wah ini mah kesukaan saya. Di Kalimantan tidak ada yang seperti ini. Tapi sekarang saya sedang berlibur di Pulau Jawa, belum ada ketemu lagi sama tukang rujak bebek. Duh, jadi kangen pengen makan rujak ini.
